Complaint from Rick Simmons Thomasville, NCabout 6 years agoThe last two out of three times I've been to Kelly's to get my propane tank filled the employees have told me they cannot fill it because it is shooting propane back at them. The tank is brand new and I'm able to go to Quality Hardware and get it filled with no problems. The employees at Kelly's seem to be incompetent and unable to run a simple propane filling station
